If your business falls into any of the categories below, your application will be declined or your account may be suspended.

Illegal drugs or substances, or equipment for making/using them
Fake ID or reference providers
Signal jamming or telecom manipulation devices
Businesses promoting violence or hate against individuals or groups
Any activity illegal in your jurisdiction
2. Intellectual Property Violations
Selling copyrighted materials without authorization (e.g. pirated music, movies)
Counterfeit goods or grey-market products
Unauthorized sales of branded/designer items
Any service that facilitates IP infringement
3. Unfair, Predatory, or Deceptive Practices
Pyramid and “get rich quick” schemes
Services with unrealistic incentives or deceptive testimonials
Reselling services without added value (e.g. government forms)
Selling online traffic or engagement
Predatory lending, investment, or credit repair services
Door-to-door sales and chain letters
Mugshot removal or remote tech support scams
4. Adult Content and Services
Pornography, sexually explicit content, or adult literature
Escorts, sex chat lines, or adult massages
Strip clubs or adult entertainment venues
Online dating platforms
5. Certain Legal Services
Bankruptcy lawyers
Bail bond services
Legal firms collecting money for non-legal services
6. Firearms, Explosives, and Hazardous Materials
Guns, ammo, fireworks, or explosives
Toxic, flammable, or radioactive materials
Peptides or research chemicals
7. Gambling and Betting
Internet gambling, sweepstakes, or contests with prizes
Fantasy sports with entry fees or prizes
Lotteries or odds-making sites
Bidding-fee auctions
8. Marijuana and Related Products
Cannabis, dispensaries, or any cannabis-related business

You must not:
Provide false, misleading, or incomplete business details
Use Pebl on behalf of an undisclosed third party
Process payments with no genuine sale or donation (e.g. card testing)
Attempt to bypass card network rules or chargeback monitoring
Share cardholder data with other merchants
Misuse Pebl’s intellectual property or branding without permission
