Overview:
Pebl lets you create and send a Xero invoice from your phone or tablet without switching apps—ready for instant payment.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Go to invoice tab in your Pebl app
Choose one of the following: -
Create a new invoice:
Tap the + button
Add your product/s to the invoice
Select a customer from your synced Xero contact list (or create a new one).
Review invoice details, ensuring GST & surcharging preferences are correct.
Tap Other invoice payment options.
Select an existing invoice:
Scroll or search to find the pending Xero invoice you'd like to process.
Tap the invoice to + add payment
Now choose method of payment:
Tap to Pay on iPhone/Android
Select Tap to Pay on iPhone/Android
Ask customer to tap their card or device on your phone to complete payment.
If successful, provide a digital receipt by sharing it as a link or asking the customer to scan the QR code.
Payment Link
Select Other invoice payment options.
Select Share payment link and choose how you wish to share the link with your customer.
Once received, the customer will click the link to complete payment.
The customer will automatically receive an email receipt.
You'll receive notification of completed payment.
QR Code
Select Other invoice payment options.
Get the customer to scan the QR code with their phone's camera.
Pebl's checkout will appear on their phone's internet browser complete payment.
The customer will automatically receive an email receipt.
Online Invoice
If you wish the customer to receive the Xero invoice as normal, but then pay via Pebl's secure checkout using Pebl's Pay Now button: -
Ensure you have connected Pebl as a payment service in Xero.
Find the pending invoice in your Xero account.
Email to the customer.
Customer will click the Pay with Pebl button and securely pay online.
The customer will automatically receive an email receipt.
You'll receive notification of completed payment.
💡 Pro Tip
Regardless of how the customer has paid, Pebl will automatically reconcile the successful payment with your Xero account, marking the invoice as Paid and updating settlement and fee accounts.

Can I edit the invoice after it’s created?
Yes, but edits must be made in Xero after syncing.
Will this invoice show in my Xero dashboard?
Yes, it appears instantly as a Awaiting Payment or Approved invoice depending on whether the customer has paid yet or not.
