Link your Xero account to Pebl to streamline invoice management within the Pebl app.

By connecting your Xero account to Pebl, you can create, manage, and reconcile invoices directly within the Pebl app, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in your accounting processes.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Open the Pebl app.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Payment Settings > Invoice Settings.

  3. Toggle the Xero option to ON.

  4. Follow the prompts to log in to your Xero account.

  5. Select the Xero organisation you wish to connect.

  6. Authorise the connection between Pebl and Xero.

  7. Configure your Xero settings within Pebl:

    • Select or create the appropriate Sales and Expense accounts.

    • Choose the settlement account for transaction reconciliation.

    • Set your GST preferences:

      • None: Use existing Xero GST settings.

      • GST Inclusive: No additional GST applied.

      • GST Excluded: GST added to the invoice total.

Once completed, you should now be able to see all Pending and Paid Xero invoices in the Pebl app or dashboard. Pull down on the screen to refresh. See video below to see how.

What if I don't see the Xero option in Invoice Settings?
Ensure you're using the latest version of the Pebl app and that your account has the necessary permissions. If you are a team member without Admin permissions, you will need your account Admin to connect Xero.

Can I change the connected Xero organisation later?
Yes, you can disconnect and reconnect to a different Xero organisation through the same settings menu. Simply switch the Xero toggle OFF, and then turn it back on to reconnect to a new organisation.
