Overview:
Pebl allows you to pass on card transaction fees to customers by adding a surcharge at checkout. This helps you recover processing costs without reducing your profit.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Open the Pebl app and go to Settings > Payment settings > Advanced settings.
Toggle "Enable surcharging" ON
Surcharges, covering your transaction fee, will now be added to all transactions.
💡 Pro Tip
Toggle "Donation surcharging" ON if you wish to allow donors to choose whether they cover the transaction fee or not (only available for Donation products paid via QR Code and Payment Link).
