💡 Pro Tip

If using iOS/iPhone, we recommend sharing your QR code PNG file via Airdrop or Email to preserve quality.

If using Android, we recommend sharing the QR code PNG file via Email or uploading directly to your Google Drive.

Printing & Display Tips:

  • Minimum size: Keep QR codes at least 5x5 cm (or larger) to ensure all phone cameras can scan them easily.

  • Distance: Take into account the distance at which people will be trying to scan the QR code to help determine what size it should be.

  • High contrast: Print with black QR code on white background for maximum clarity.

  • Avoid distortion: Don’t stretch, crop or compress the code.

  • Add context: Include a short heading like “Scan to Pay”, “Donate Here”, or the product name.

  • Test first: Always test-scan your printed version to confirm it works before using it in the field.

  • Laminating or signage: For events or retail use, print the QR code, add a label, and laminate or frame it for durability.

FAQs and Troubleshooting Tips:

Can I share the QR code digitally too?
Yes — you can add it to emails, SMS, social posts or attach it to invoices.

What if the QR code doesn’t scan?
Check that it’s not too small, blurry, or printed with low contrast. Re-export if needed.
