Managing and Tracking Payment Link Transactions

Updated over 2 weeks ago

πŸ”Ή Tracking Single-Use Payment Link Transactions

Single-use links are tied to individual transactions. Once paid, they behave just like any other payment in Pebl.

To view single-use link payments:

  1. Open the Pebl app or web dashboard.

  2. Go to the Transactions tab.

  3. You'll see all successful, pending, or refunded transactions listed here.

Note: Pebl does not currently label whether a transaction was completed using a single-use link or a QR code β€” but you will see if it was made via Tap to Pay, which is identified.

πŸ“ Pebl Note

Pebl does not currently label whether a transaction was completed using a single-use link or a QR code (as they are both essentially URLs) β€” but you will see if it was made via Tap to Pay, which is identified.

πŸ”Έ Tracking Multi-Use Payment Link Transactions

Multi-use links are attached to products or donation items created in Pebl. To track payments made via these links, you'll need to view the transaction history tied to the specific product.

To view multi-use link payments:

  1. Open the Products section in Pebl.

  2. Select the product or donation item.

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the product detail page.

  4. You’ll see a list of all payments associated with that product β€” whether they were made via QR code or the payment link.

FAQs and Troubleshooting Tips:

Can I filter only for Payment Link transactions?
Not yet β€” but you can view product-based transaction history for multi-use links and use descriptions to help identify custom payments.

Will single-use links show in the product section?
No β€” single-use links are tied to specific one-off transactions, not products. Even if you add a product (or multiple) when creating the transaction, the link is for that individual payment only, not the product itself.

How do I know if a transaction has been settled to my bank?
Look for the Payment Received status in your transaction list. Learn more about Pebl's payment statuses here.
