Navigating the Pebl Mobile App

Overview
The Pebl mobile app gives you everything you need to run your business on the go β€” accept payments, track sales, manage products, and more, all from your phone.

This guide walks you through the main areas of the app, based on the latest layout and features.

🏠 Home: Activity and Transactions at a Glance

When you open the app, you'll land on the Home screen, which shows:

  • Daily Total: The total amount you've accepted today.

  • Next Payout (est.) and In Transit amounts.

  • A live feed of recent Transactions, including payment status and card type.

πŸ“Š Business Hub: Insights and Management

Tap the GC icon (bottom-right) or swipe over to access your Business Hub:

  • Overview: High-level view of your business β€” sales totals, paid vs pending transactions, and time-based filters (1y / 14d / 24h).

  • Products: Manage items you sell β€” perfect for tracking inventory.

  • Customers: Access customer history and contact details.

  • Invoices: View, send, or manage outstanding invoices.

At the bottom, the Help Center provides:

  • Pebl’s "How to sell" guide

  • Support access

  • FAQ section


βž• Action Button: Create on the Fly

The central + button lets you quickly:

  • Create new payment links

  • Start Tap to Pay transactions

  • Add new items or customers (depending on your permissions)

It's your shortcut to taking action, no matter where you are in the app.


βš™οΈ Settings Menu: Personal and Company Details

Tap the gear icon on any screen (top right) to access Settings:

  • Your details: Manage your personal profile info.

  • Company details: Update business name, address, and ABN.

  • Payment settings: Adjust payout details or view linked accounts.

  • Notifications & Security: Set your preferences and enable extra login protection.

  • Switch company: If you manage multiple businesses under one login, you can switch here.


βœ… Tips for Using the App

  • Tap any transaction to view its details, including status, card type, and method of payment.

  • Use the purple graph button in the Business Hub to filter your sales over time.

  • You can switch between tabs (Overview, Products, Customers, Invoices) without leaving the Hub.

  • Look for green and blue text indicators to quickly spot paid vs pending activity.
