How Team Members Can Accept Payments

With Pebl, team members can securely accept payments using their own phones. Each transaction is tracked to their user profile for easy reporting and accountability.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Ensure you're in the branch (location, event or business) that you're wanting to add the team member to.

  2. Go to Settings > Company details > Team members.

  3. Add your team member’s name and mobile.

  4. Select their access role.

  5. Optional: Share the invite link via SMS or Email.

  6. Once logged in, they can start accepting payments using Tap to Pay, QR codes, or payment links.

Can I restrict what team members see?
Yes, by adding team members to a specific location or event, they only see transactions related to that specific branch.


How do I remove a team member?
Go to Settings > Team Members, select the member, and tap Delete.
