Overview:
Pebl automatically monitors incoming PayID payments and updates the transaction status in real time. You can view all completed PayID payments in your Transactions list or product page. The PayID logo will be presented on the right-hand side of the transaction tile.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Open the Pebl app or web dashboard.
Go to Transactions.
Find the relevant transaction.
If successfully paid, the status will show as:
Payment Made: Payment received by Pebl.
Payment Received: Funds have been settled to your bank account.

How quickly do PayID payments show up?
Usually PayID payments are instant. This can change from bank-to-bank, and will also depend on whether the customer has paid you before. First time PayID payments from customer accounts can take up to 24 hours to clear their bank's security checks.
Can I resend the payment link if a customer loses it?
Yes — just go to the original transaction or product page and tap Share payment link.
